Contact hours
The practice is opened daily from 8.00AM to 5.00PM. The assistent is on a break from 10.00AM to 10.30AM and from 12.00AM to 0.30PM.

Consultation Hours
Consultations are by appointment only. For appointments you can call 050-5772060 or visit the ‘Webagenda‘ page on this website (only available for registered patients). Normally, a consultation takes 10 minutes in which the doctor will address one medical problem. If you need more time, please make an appointment for a double consultation. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us and cancel your appointment, so we can help another patient in the time that has fallen free. Since we are a trainingpractice for general practitioners part of the consultations will be done by a trainee under supervision.

Consultation by telephone
For short medical advice or test results, please call the assistant. If necessary, one of the general practitioners will call you back.

Housecalls
We make housecalls only if you cannot come to the practice for medical reasons. Transportation problems are not medical reasons. We prefer to examine and treat you at the practice, where the facilities for physical examination and treatment are better than at your home. You can request a house call on our general number 050-5772060 (option 2). The assistant will let you know when the doctor will visit you.

Prescription request for chronically used medication
We strongly advice you not to use the “internetpharmacists”. For a prescription for your chronically used medication you can fill in the form on this website. Another option is to put your empty medicationboxes in the mailbox nearby our entrance, or to call the assistent. When you requested your prescription before 11.00AM, you can collect your medication two days later after 4.00PM at your pharmacist.

The assistant
The assistant has an important role. She answers the telephone, gives medical advice and she caries  out a number of medical tasks independently. She works under the supervision of the doctor and is bound by patient-doctor confidentiality just like the doctor. When in doubt, she will consult the doctor.

Emergencies
Call 112 in life-threatening situations! For urgent medical assistance but not life-threatening you can call us on 050-5772060 (press option 1). During out off office hours you can call in case of emergencies the central doctors service (CDDG) 0900-9229.

Moving
When you or one of your family is moving, please inform the assistant.
